This promotional game is organised by Getfluence SAS, headquartered in Toulouse, France (hereinafter "Getfluence"). Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The game is open to any individual aged 18 or over, acting in a professional capacity, present at an event where Getfluence distributes scratch tickets.
Scratch tickets are distributed at Getfluence's stand during participating events. Each ticket reveals one of two outcomes: a prize or a discount. To claim either reward, the participant must scan the QR code printed on the back of the ticket, complete the form on this page, and submit their validation code within the validity period stated on the ticket.
One ticket per event reveals a €200 prize in the form of a Bluetooth speaker. The prize must be claimed in person at the Getfluence stand during the event, by presenting the confirmation screen to a Getfluence team member.
All other tickets reveal a 10% discount applicable to the participant's next paid order on getfluence.com. The discount is activated upon form submission and is valid for 2 months from the activation date. It applies to a single order and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion or active discount code on the participant's Getfluence account. If the participant holds another active discount at the time of use, they must choose which one to apply (only one discount may be applied per order).
Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash, in whole or in part.
Personal data collected through this form is processed by Getfluence for the sole purposes of reward fulfilment and, where consent is given, commercial follow-up. Data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participants may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting support@getfluence.com.
Getfluence reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or modify this promotion in the event of circumstances beyond its control. Getfluence shall not be held liable for any technical failure preventing participation.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.
